This apartment is especially perfect for women studying at the Roma Tre University (Università degli Studi Roma Tre) because it is located very close to several of its many departments. In fact, you can even see it from the apartment! Bright and spacious, this is a great place for women who want to have everything nearby but also get some peace and quiet - located on the 7th floor, you won't get much noise. The living/dining room area has plenty of space for everyone and everything, with 2 dining room tables with lots of chairs, a sofa, and storage space.
Located in a very residential neighborhood, you have supermarkets and other conveniences nearby, including an amazing farmer's market. You can stroll there in 30 minutes and find gourmet products. You'll also be able to get to several parks rather quickly, including Schuster Park (16 minutes) and Giancarlo Sbragia Park (14 minutes), not to mention the gorgeous Basilica of St Paul Outside the Walls ( Basilica Papale San Paolo fuori le Mura) (15 minutes).
