The apartment is stylish and spacious, and it has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, and a cool bar area. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, 1 of which is private for the landlord's use only. The shared bathroom is modern, and it has a large bathtub.
Appio Tuscolano is a quiet, residential neighborhood to the southeast of the Rome city center. Nearby, you'll find many parks, supermarkets, metro stations, and bus stops. The area isn't full of renaissance palazzi like the Centro Storico, but that doesn't mean there's nothing to see. The area is filled with ancient ruins, including some beautifully preserved acquedotti (aqueducts), right behind the apartment.

Bedroom 1 is a sunny, exterior room with a double bed, access to the large balcony, a desk, and lots of shelving and storage space.
What we liked the most
- Bedroom 1 has access to the large, beautiful balcony, which overlooks gardens, tennis courts, and a pool, and even the ancient Roman Acquedotto Felice.
- The kitchen is modern and has a lovely violet color.
- You will have your own private bathroom.
- The property isn't far from the city center, and there are plenty of buses and metro stations nearby to take you wherever you need to go!
Things to keep in mind
- The living room is for the landlord's private use. However, the tenant may be allowed to use it upon request.
- 1 of the bathrooms is for the landlord's use only.
- There are 3 cats that live in the apartment. However, they are all well-trained and very clean, and they are not allowed to enter the tenants' rooms.
- Tenants can use the washing machine only 2 times per week.

- There are also several metro stations nearby, although they are a bit far to walk to.

- You will be sharing the apartment with the live-in landlords, an Italian and German couple in their 40s. They speak German, English, and-- of course-- Italian. They are very friendly and respectful, and they like to live in tranquility and harmony. They also have 3 cats, who are all very clean and well-trained. The cats do not go into the bedrooms of the tenants.
