The 89 m² property has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and gas stove, as well as an entrance hall with a dining table to enjoy your meals. There is 1 full bathroom and a separate toilet room.
The apartment is located in a lively and well-connected area, just 10 minutes from the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, where you will also find a Metro station. Appia Nuova, one of Rome's main commercial streets, is located nearby, and you will find a supermarket open 24/7 within walking distance.

- The apartment is nicely decorated throughout and very cozy.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook, and also has a washing machine.
- There is a modern bathroom and an additional toilet room for added convenience.
- The stunning Appia Antica Regional Park is in the area.
- You will find a fresh food market right next to the apartment.
