There are 5 rooms for rent in this furnished residence hall, each with their own private ensuite, in San Giovanni. This hall has a generous 150 m² footprint on Via della Ferratella in Laterano, and has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a shared living area with some tables and chairs.
There are several shops within a 10-minute walk, including a couple of supermarkets, as well as several restaurants. The Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano is also nearby.

Room Blue is a furnished room with an ensuite bathroom, as well as heating and AC. This bedroom also has a desk, TV, standalone wardrobe and shelving.

- The common living area is a great place to spend some time with your flatmates.
- The property is close to public transport.
