This renovated 2-bedroom apartment in San Giovanni has rooms available to rent to 1 or 2 people. The property is 100 m² and has huge common areas. There is polished wood flooring throughout, and the living room has 2 couches, and a dining area. The kitchen opens up onto a balcony and has modern appliances, as well as an additional dining area. Both bedrooms open up onto a balcony and have access to a private bathroom.
If you want to get a taste for real Roman living, you will enjoy San Giovanni. A less touristy area, you have affordable and authentic Italian restaurants, flea markets, and that close neighborhood atmosphere. Don't worry, though, there are still hidden monuments scattered that will appeal to the eye.
What we liked the most
- Bedroom 1 and 2 have a large shared balcony.
- Each room has a private bathroom.
- We love the polished wood flooring.
- There is AC in the living room.
- Ludovica, our Homechecker, loved the apartment.
