This charming old 3-bedroom apartment on Via Treviso, in Nomentano is fully furnished and comes equipped with gas heating. The 85 m² property has an equipped kitchen with oven and stove, a classic Italian decor, 1 shared bathroom, and 1 full ensuite bathroom.
The apartment is located in Nomentano, to the east of the city centre. It's not considered a tourist hotspot, but there are plenty of reasons to base yourself here. Sapienza University is within easy reach for the students, and there are plenty of parks, fancy cafés, and excellent restaurants to explore.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed located on a loft level, and an ensuite bathroom. The room is well furnished and has a spacious desk, plenty of storage space, and a heating unit.
