The apartment faces an interior patio, but being so high up has charming views of the interior courtyard and surrounding landscape. There is a spacious living room that comes fully furnished and opens up onto a balcony. Right next to it, you have a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with plenty of cabinet space for each tenant.
Ostiense is a district about 20 minutes south of Rome City Center that is well-connected by public transport and growing in popularity. On Via Giovanni da Empoli, you are just minutes away from a commercial area, where you can find pizzerias, ice cream shops, small shops, and a Carrefour Market.
