This 80m² property is fully furnished, and there is a beautiful and large private library in the shared living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, full-size fridge, and a microwave.
The apartment is located in San Giovanni, a relatively central area of Rome. You will be located less than 5-minutes' walk away from 2 different metro stations, Re di Roma and S. Giovanni, and the apartment is near several brand shops, cafes, restaurants, and a flea market. The supermarket and post shop are a 3 minute walk away.
Room description
Bedroom 3 has a single bed. It is fully furnished with a wardrobe and a desk, which would be perfect for a student. There is plenty of shelving and storage, as well as a standalone wardrobe. There is a window which provides plenty of natural light.
What we liked the most
- The location is very convenient, located between 2 Metro stations and a supermarket.
- The apartment comes with a large personal library in the living room, as well as a TV.
- The apartment is furnished stylishly.
- The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and a dining set so you can enjoy your meal.
