There is an exterior room available to rent in the residential Baldo degli Ubaldi district. The ground floor apartment has a spacious common area, which includes a fully equipped eat-in ktichen and a living room. The living room has a big comfy couch, a large bookshelf, and a work corner with a desk. You also have access to a private patio with a border full of plants.
Via Bonaventura Cerretti is a street lined with residential buildings, but you are just around the corner form plenty of shops. A few minutes away, you have a pharmacy, a bank, a music store, and more. You also have a Metro stop close by, which takes you directly to the city center in just 15 minutes. Talk about convenient!
Room description
Bedroom 2 is a cozy room with 2 single beds and plenty of storage space. There is a large built-in wardrobe and a large bookshelf. You also have a desk and small TV. The room also has a direct access to the garden.
What we liked the most
- Ludovica, our Homechecker, loved the lush garden.
- The common areas are big rooms.
- There is a toilet room – convenient for shared living.
- You can reach the city center in just 15 minutes by Metro.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedoom 1's door to the garden is currently broken, but the landlady will fix it as soon as possible.
