This is a four bedroom apartment located in the Piramide neighborhood. It is on a first floor with access through stairs. The apartment is around 90 square meters, and has two shared bathrooms. All the flat is exterior.

- The double rooms are quite large and one has private balcony.
- There are two bathrooms for four bedrooms
- There is a common balcony with access from the kitchen
Things to keep in mind
- The metro line passes right next to the flat. However, after midnight there are no more trains, and the windows have all double crystal to reduce the sound efficiently.
