This apartment is for females only and its convenient location, 5 minutes walking to metro station Cornelia from where tenants can take a direct line to the center of Rome, makes it ideal for those who want to live in calm area while having good connection to central Milan. The apartment has 3 bedrooms for rent individually and spans 100 m2. The entire flat receives plenty of natural light, eliminating the need to turn on lights during the day. There is also a big, sunny balcony accessible via the big kitchen where tenants can have a cup of coffee or relax on nice days.

What we liked the most
- As you enter the flat, you are welcomed by the big entrance area furnished with a chest of drawers that tenants can use for extra storage.
- The kitchen is well-equipped, complete with a gas stove, oven, microwave, and plenty of space to store all your food!
- There is a very long and sunny terrace accessible via the kitchen. It has a table with 2 chairs, so tenants can have a Sunday lunch while taking in the sun!
- The bathroom is big and has a bathtub for those who like taking baths. Its walls are nicely tiled and there is a big storage unit to keep towels, etc.
- With 100 m2 to share among 3 people, tenants will have plenty of space to maintain their independence.
