The location is unbeatable: nestled between the upscale residential area, Nomentano, and the more economical and well-connected Tiburtina, tenants will have tranquility and access to transportation all within walking distance. This 8 bedroom flat has 7 bedrooms for rent individually (1 of the rooms is used as storage) and is ideal for students, as the Sapienza University is approximately 15 minutes walking from the property. As there are shared rooms and single occupancy rooms, tenants can choose according to their preference and budget. Either way, you're sure to make friends while living in this 220 m2 apartment!

What we liked the most
- The kitchen is big, 2 gas stoves, 2 refrigerators, and plenty of storage space for all your food. It's also got a dishwasher to take away the hassle of doing the dishes.
- There are 2 washing machines in the flat; everything is double in this apartment!
- The apartment is huge! Spanning almost 220m2, you'll hardly notice that you'll sharing the apartment with other people. Thankfully, the spacious common space will allow you to interact with other tenants and make lasting friendships!
- There is a very big patio furnished with a large wooden table and foldable chairs where tenants can spend time with fellow roommates and friends.
