The area is very-well connected to other parts of the city by bus, train and metro. The apartment has a total floor area of 100 sqm.

- It is located in a tranquil and authentic Roman neighbourhood, away from tourists crowds, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local way of life.
- All rooms have their own TV, so you won't have to fight with your flatmates over the remote!
- The kitchen has a small dining table and comes fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is also a small TV to keep you company while you cook.
- There is a washing machine in the apartment.
- The apartment is interior and faces a courtyard rather than the street, making it very silent.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a balcony.
- A doorman, housekeeper, and gardener are all included in the bills.
