The apartment is very bright and well-connected, with various metro stations within a 15 minute walk. You'll find lots of green spaces in the surrounding area; in fact, the Valle dell'Aniene Natural Reserve Park is right behind this flat! Those who love to be around nature will be delighted by this location. The apartment itself features a fully furnished kitchen with a dining area and a large fridge, along with a balcony facing the green courtyard. The tenants will also have access to 2 shared bathrooms, one equipped with a bath and one with a shower. The area of the apartment is 120m2.
