Based in the San Giovanni-Appio Latino region of Rome, this 110m2, four bedroom shared apartment is located 15 minutes walking to the Basilica de San Giovanni, and is a 20 minute walk to the Coliseum. With a communal kitchen and eating area, this apartment is perfect for tenants to mingle together. The district also has a vibrant nightlife and is well-connected to the city’s hot spots. The entire apartment is fully furnished, and the peaceful courtyard is perfect for quiet evenings. All 4 bedrooms are fully furnished and there is also a storage room for those with extra baggage. Two of the bedrooms (bedrooms 2 and 4) lead to the balcony, as does the kitchen, ensuring that the kitchen gets lots of fresh air.
