Are you looking to rent a room in a charming 100 m² apartment with a balcony situated on Via Paolo Albera in San Giovanni, Rome. This property is in a picturesque neighbourhood, just around the corner from the Villa Lais. The flat boasts a spacious living and dining room, with vintage furniture and a comfortable sofa. There are 3 bedrooms but one is currently used as a storage room. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas oven, a sink and access to the small balcony. There are 2 bathrooms that are shared between tenants, one of which has a bathtub. The local area is well-connected by bus, train and metro to the city centre.
