This very large, 50 m² studio apartment is available to rent in San Lorenzo. The apartment, as well as large, is bright and well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas stove. The living room / bedroom area is very spacious and has bright, cheerful furniture. The apartment is nicely decorated, and includes nice touches like a hi-fi on the bookshelves.
You will be living in San Lorenzo, a historic and vibrant area known for its art scene. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the campus of Sapienza Università di Roma, making the location absolutely perfect for students. The streets around the apartment have loads of shopping and restaurants, along with all the amenities you will need, plus a couple of cinemas, including Cinema Tibur, which shows niche movies.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very bright and cheerfully decorated.
- We love the little touches like the porthole in the shower!
- The location is amazing for students, just minutes from Sapienza University.
- You will be surrounded by loads of restaurants and bars - great for your social life.
