This studio apartment available to rent in the San Giovanni area offers an area of 25 m² with high ceilings, big windows, and polished wood flooring. The studio comes fully furnished with beautiful vintage decor which provide color and a cozy atmosphere. There is a double bed, standalone wardrobe, and a TV. In the equipped kitchen corner there is a table that can be used for meals or as a desk.
San Giovanni is known to be one of Rome's charming areas, home to some of big monuments such as the Coliseum and its narrow cobblestone streets. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and you can easily reach other parts of Rome by bus, tram, or metro.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has central AC to keep you cool during Rome's summer months.
- The high ceilings and big windows make the studio feel bigger and brighter.
- The bathroom is fully renovated with a large box shower.
- The apartment is very well-connected to the rest of the city with all methods of transportation 10 minutes or less away on foot.
