A spacious studio apartment is available to rent in the Villa Bonelli area of Rome. This elegant, 35 m² property has a large living area with a kitchen corner, a double sofa bed, and gorgeous hardwood floors, as well as an AC unit. There's also an elegant shower room.
Perhaps the best feature is the big balcony—a perfect setting for a drink on summer evenings.
You are near Villa Bonelli station in the Portuense district of Rome. This peaceful area is well connected to the city centre and has plenty of amenities nearby, including supermarkets, bars and restaurants; ideal for day-to-living within easy reach of the heart of Rome. You're also very close to the fashionable Trastevere and Ostiense neighbourhoods.
What we liked the most
- We love the spacious balcony, which has a table and chairs and plants.
- This studio has lots of room.
- There is a double sofa bed as well as a foldaway single bed.
- It's great to have quality wood flooring.
- There is air conditioning.
- The full length windows let in lots of light.
- You're just a couple of stops away from central Rome.
- There is Satellite TV included, so you can watch all of your favourite shows from around the world.
- Tenants will also be given discount access to the nearby sport centre, which has a gym and a swimming pool.
