This open and airy studio is available for rent on Via Dante de Blasi in Montaverde Nuovo. The studio is quite spacious, at 35 m², and is separated into distinct areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has brand new appliances. The bedroom area is separated from the rest of the space by a strategically placed shelving unit, and has a double bed. There is also a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and plenty of storage space in the apartment.
In the west of the city, the sky opens up above you here, with wide, tree-lined streets opening large distances between the buildings. The area is very well supplied with amenities, and has direct bus connections into the centre of the city.
What we liked the most
- The airy apartment will be nice and cool in the summer with its big open space and high ceilings.
- The shelving that separates the bedroom from the resto of the apartment is a good touch to make the studio feel larger.
- For the ultimare in convenience, there is a Carrefour supermarket just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
- Rome is famous for its Gelato, and one of the best shops is just around the corner. Otaleg changes the flavours on offer to suit the season and has some... interesting flavours. Gorgonzola with white chocolate and hazelnuts? Well, we'll try anything once!
