Compact studio is available to rent on a pretty little street close to the River Tiber. The bedroom area has two windows to let in lots of natural light. There's also a desk and wooden cabinets for storage plus a small dining table for a romantic meal for two. The studio also has a kitchen area and separate bathroom. The property is situated in a pretty riverside location with great transport links and nearby the university.
The apartment is close to many historic buildings such as the Porta Settimiana gateway, the elegant Palazzo Corsini and the Renaissance Villa Farnesina with famous frescoes. In just 2 minutes you can stroll to the 15th century Ponte Sisto footbridge to cross the River Tiber. It's also just 2 minutes to the John Cabot University Guarini Campus and 5 minutes to the Rome University-owned botanical gardens. With pretty Italian squares, historic buildings, gardens and the river, this is a fabulous location to live like the Romans do.
