This 10th floor 3-bedroom apartment available to rent in near the La Macarena district offers a comfortable and affordable home. The apartment has 2 single beds and 1 double bed and is perfect for up to 4 people. The living room is spacious, kept bright by the enclosed balcony. The kitchen has a long rectangular shape and comes fully equipped with plenty of cabinet space.
The apartment is located in one of Seville's most authentic neighborhoods, La Macarena. On Calle Rafael Laffon, you are out of the city center's bustle, but a short 15-minute walk away. You are near Carretera Carmona, a main avenue lined with plenty of shops and amenities. Be sure to check out the hole-in-the wall bars, because in Seville those are the true gems.
What we liked the most
- The enclosed balcony allows you to enjoy the sun, even on windy days.
- There is a sofa bed – perfect for guests.
- The kitchen is big and comes with a dishwasher and washing machine.
- There are plenty of neighborhood corner shops, but when you need those big aisles you can head to the nearby Mercadona.
- The city center and Santa Justa train station are about a 15-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- The rooms do not have a heating unit, but it is easy to find space heaters.
- The apartment is high up, on the 10th floor.
