This bright and modern, 57 m ², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle San Salvador in the sunny neighbourhood of El Porvenir. The apartment is stylishly furnished throughout and has a nice living room with a couch, TV and dining table. There is also a balcony with a view of the green neighborhood and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals.
Living in this apartment you will be in the perfect spot to enjoy the gorgeous Seville summers, as you are only a short walk from the the majestic Parque de María Luisa, Plaza de España and tons of sunny terrazas. For something to do on those rare rainy days you also have plenty of fascinating museums nearby and on the weekends you can join the locals at Benito Villamarín Stadium and support Real Betis. You will find a supermarket just under 10 minutes from the apartment and the streets outside offer some friendly bars and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- We really like the beautifully tiled floors.
- The property has air conditioning, a real luxury in summer.
- The balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun, with a nice view of the interior patio.
- The apartment is close to many of the city's most famous, sunniest sights.
