This is a 90 m², 3-bedroom apartment available for rent in Santa Justa. The apartment has one double-bed room and two singles. Both common areas, the kitchen and living room, are quite spacious and are perfect for shared living. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and also has an attached laundry area. The living room has comfortable couches, a round dining table, and opens up onto a large balcony.
On Calle Argentario, the apartment is in the residential neighborhood of Santa Justa. This is a typical Sevillian neighborhood with generations of families having lived in the same apartments. Living here, you will be able to practice a lot of Spanish at the typical neighborhood bar or the small shops, probably owned by your neighbors. You have a bus that takes you directly to the city center and are only 10 minutes away from the Santa Justa train station.
What we liked the most
- There is AC – a needed luxury for Seville summer.
- The living room is spacious and cozy.
- The balcony is a great place to sit back and relax.
- You are only a 10-minute walk to the Santa Justa train station – great for traveling.
- The Centro Deportivo San Pablo is 15 minutes away and hosts basketball games and concerts.
