This recently renovated 3-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the quiet Reina Mercedes area. The property has a new apartment feel with wood flooring, fresh-painted walls, and a pristine white bathroom. The open-concept kitchen and living room is compact, but comes with a comfy couch, shelving, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. All the rooms come with single bed, desk, and a wardrobe.
Reina Mercedes is known as one of Seville's beautiful and green residential areas. The location is ideal for both professionals and students, located near several Universidad de Sevilla campuses but still a peaceful neighborhood. You have bus connections directly to the city center and are also near Paseo de las Delicias – the hotspot for summer nightlife.
What we liked the most
- You are prepared for Seville winters and summers with an AC unit that can also be used for heating.
- The bathroom has an elegant sink and shower.
- The apartment is only a 5-minute walk to the Reina Mercedes Campus.
- If you come with a car, this area is more comfortable than the city center with bigger avenues connecting you all over the city.
