This 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in charming Santa Cruz is a modern home in a historic building. With a small balcony and private patio, you can keep your apartment filled with fresh air. The open-concept kitchen and living room has elegant white and glass decor and creates a cozy space to eat meals and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a clean and spacious bathroom.
Santa Cruz is one of Seville's most popular neighborhoods for tourists and locals. To live in Seville's old Judería (Jewish Quarter) is a privilege due to its beautiful historical buildings, picturesque plazas, and central location. On Calle Verde, you are in the heart of the maze, a 10-minute walk to the lively Avenida de Constitucion and about 15 minutes to shopping streets Tetuán and Sierpes. It will take some practise to master the winding narrow streets, but you'll also discover some of Santa Cruz's hidden gems!

- You will also have access to the building's rooftop terrace!
- The shaded narrow street will keep you a bit cooler during summer.
- The patio is ideal for relaxing and entertaining friends.
- Living in the city center means you will have an endless amount of tapas bars to discover.
- Students are only a 15-minute walk away from the Universidad de Sevilla's main campus.
