This 3-bedroom apartment available to rent is a cozy home tucked away in the charming Triana district. The living room is the perfect common area, opening up onto a small balcony and furnished with a couch, TV, and, dining table. There is a small but equipped kitchen and 1 full bathroom. Each bedroom is fully furnished and has its own personality with a cheerful colored wall.
Located on Calle Numancia, the apartment is deep in the traditional and authentic Triana district. Here you will find generations of families who have lived in the same house and are proud to represent their roots. If one of your goals is to improve your Spanish, this is the right place with plenty of small neighborhood shops and hole-in-the-wall bars. You are just a few minutes' walk to Ronda de Triana which is a busy commercial street that is also lined with bank, shops, and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- You are only a 15-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas bus station and shopping center and a 10-minute walk to the famous Calle San Jacinto.
- The newly built Torre Sevilla (Torre Pelli) is soon to be filled with great shopping and entertainment options.
