This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle Callao is located on the 2nd floor. The front door opens into a hallway with a door leading to the comfy bedroom. At the end of the hall is the open-concept living space. The kitchen is equipped and includes a washing machine, as well as a microwave, fridge and hotplate. The rest of the area is simply furnished with a dining table, shelving unit and sofa. The bathroom, which is tiled and modern, is directly down the hall and across the living space.
If you enjoy craft and market stalls, Flamenco music clapping through the air, and a spirited atmosphere, Triana is the place to be. All of your needs are taken care of here. Aside from stalls, there are supermarkets nearby and banks around the corner. There are numerous sightseeing activities here and your apartment is only minutes away from the gorgeous Isabel II bridge, which crosses the Alfonso XIII Canal. However, when you want to take in a bit of nature, you can head to the Vega De Triana Park and be there in 16 minutes.
