This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Trajano, in La Encarnación, spreads over 2 levels and has an equipped kitchen and living area with a private terrace. The upper level of this 70 m² property offers 2 interconnected sleeping areas, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, as well as the bathroom. Tenants also have access to a gorgeous common terrace with a swimming pool.
The apartment is located in a lively and charming historical area, close to the Cathedral, the Alameda de Hércules, and other cultural attractions. The river is also within walking distance, and you will find numbers shops, restaurants, and taps bars nearby. There are also good public transport links to travel around the city.
What we liked the most
- The common terrace offers lovely city views.
- The living area has a flat screen television which can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout
- The Plaza de Armas shopping centre is located nearby.
- You will find several museums and art galleries to explore nearby.
- Rafa the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a second sleeping area adjoining the bedroom, but they are both interconnected. Please see floor plan for more information.
- The kitchen does not have a microwave or dishwasher, but it is otherwise well equipped.
- There is only 1 bathroom which is located on the upper level of the apartment and is accessed via the bedroom.
