This apartment appears small but it is actually very spacious with high ceilings and it's perfect for a single person or a couple who wishes to live in Seville. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living room and kitchen that share the same space. The living room is very relaxing and comfortable with a big sofa, music system, flat screen TV and A/C unit. The kitchen is small and it faces the living area but it has everything you need from utensils to modern appliances even to electric burners on the stove. And last but not least, the part about living in this building is that you will have access to a community rooftop with the rest of the residents and you will enjoy stunning views of the city, day or night.
This property is in a very centrally located area located a short walking distance from many popular sights in the beautiful city of Seville. The Alameda de Hércules is just a 5-minute walk away and it is filled with bars with outdoor terraces where you can soak up the sun with your friends. Popular tourist sights like the Metropol Las Setas and La Giralda are around a 10 to 15 minute walk away. There are also many services and amenities nearby like a hospital, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a yoga studio. For a fun night out for cocktails and karaoke, try Mikro and have some fun with friends just steps from your front door!
What we liked the most
- The apartment has very high ceilings which add the element of more space, though it is still a small property.
- The community rooftop is enormous and it has plenty of tables and chairs where you can enjoy meals with your friends.
- La Macarena is located near the city center but it has a more relaxed and local feel to the neighborhood.
- You will also be within a short walk to the Guadalquivir River where you can relax, sunbathe or ride a bike along its walking and bike paths.
