This tranquil 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Urbanización Roalcao in Espartinas. The bedroom has a double bed, while the combined kitchen and living room is well-equipped with modern appliances including a TV and oven and sofa. There is also a terrace which can be accessed from the living area. There is a shared pool and gym available as well.
There are a few stores including a supermarket and pharmacy along the road, and there is a bus stop in the closest roundabout, 100 meters away from the apartment (bus lines 166,167,168). These amenities are best accessed by a car.
What we liked the most
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- The bathroom is well-lit and has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet as well as a large mirror.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is parking available at this apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is no washing machine, the landlord lives nearby and will collect the laundry once a week. This is included in the rent.
- The bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom.
