A lovely 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Carlos Cañal in Centro could be your new home! This apartment is brand-new and ready for you to enjoy. Its white walls and trendy decor will easily win you over. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space. The beautiful granite countertops are an added touch. The living room next door has a lovely sofa bed, flatscreen tv, storage unit, and dining area. The bedroom comes with a plush double bed with access to a wonderful terrace space - perfect for whenever you need some fresh air. The bedroom also has a large built-in closet space, which will fit all of your belongings. The en-suite bathroom is gorgeous with its tiled walls, large mirror, modern sink and beautiful standup shower.
The apartment is located in the heart of Seville. Living here, you’ll be steps away from Plaza Nueva, the Cathedral with the Giralda, the famous bullring, and other important monuments. All around you will find lovely restaurants such as La Azotea where you can try one of their famous and creative tapas. Be a true Sevillano and buy you fruit and fish at the Frutería-Pescadería right around the corner. Supermarkets nearby include Spar Express.
