This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located on Plaza San Gil in the border of San Vicente and La Macarena districts of Seville. The apartment, nestled right between the two neighborhoods, is situated in front of one of Seville's most important historical sites: the beautiful Basilica of La Macarena. From the huge rooftop terrace, tenants have panoramic vies of this church as well as the rooftops of Sevilla. With this 60 m2 property as a base, exploring Seville will be more exciting than ever!
What we liked the most
- The huge rooftop terrace furnished with patio furniture has gorgeous views of the rooftops of Sevilla and the Basilica of La Macarena.
- Being on the attic floor, the flat receives a lot of natural light that reflects off of the colorful walls.
- The apartment is colorful and furnished with modern amenities.
- There are A/C units in the living room and the bedroom; this will be an appreciated detail int he summer months!
Things to keep in mind
- There is no kitchen, but there is a small refrigerator in the bedroom.
- The building does not have an elevator, so tenants will get a god workout going up the stairs.
