This 180 m², 5-bedroom apartment has a very spacious room for rent. The apartment has a mixture of very classical furniture with modern touches, such as the marble floors and countertops. The apartment's best feature is the very big balcony that overlooks the busy street below. The living room is a very cozy space and the kitchen is extremely big with enough cabinet space for all the roommates.
The apartment is located in the more modern neighborhood of Los Remedios. From here you can easily reach the center by bus or by bike in 20 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment comes with AC, which is very necessary during Seville's summer months.
- The balcony is very spacious and has great views of the neighborhood.
- The bedroom is very spacious and comes with an AC unit.
- The living room has a couch, a lot of chairs, a round table, and a big flat-screen TV.
- The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and 2 refrigerators.
- The apartment is surrounded by plenty of shops and bars and has a lot of good bus connections just a 5-minute walk away.
- There are 2 bathrooms to share.
