There is marble flooring, modern appliances, and a splash of purple decor.
The house is located in the charming Casco Antiguo on the hidden Calle Escarpín. Although on a quiet street, you are less than a 5-minute walk to the popular Plaza de la Encarnacion (Las Setas). This plaza is a popular meeting point for local Sevillanos and is surrounded by delicious tapas bars and shops.
