Spotahome's opinion
This welcoming 3-bedroom apartment is high up on the 4th floor of the building. It has fantastic views of the Puente Del Alamilo bridge in La Macarena neighbourhood. Entering the apartment you find a small entrance hall with space for your shoes, bags and coats. To your right is the kitchen, which is already fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is also a small terrace attached with a washing machine and wire rack for drying your clothes. The living area is very spacious and already contains a comfy sofa and flatscreen TV. The corridor to the 3-bedrooms is from the living room.
Plaza Rosa de Pasión is a quiet hamlet off the busy road you can see from the apartment windows. This street has many tall apartment blocks surrounding it. It is a very pretty area to live in! The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk from the apartment, right next to the fruit and veg store and computer store. There are many other little stores and shops nearby: keep walking past the supermarket towards Cueva de la Mora to find a bakery, ice cream store, cake shop and Bar Los Caracoles where you can enjoy a beer and casual meal.

What we liked the most
- The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your dinner on in the evenings.
- There is a separate toilet to the bathroom, so you don't have to wait for people to finish washing!
- All rooms have windows with fantastic street views: the glass is thick and keeps the street noise out.
- There is air conditioning in the living room.
