Spacious rooms are available to rent to postgraduates only in a gorgeous flatshare with swimming pool access and AC in La Macarena. The property is stylish, and it has a large living room where you can relax on the sofa and watch TV with flatmates. To the back of the living room, you have access to the large balcony, which has incredible views of the Andalucian Parlament and the city center. The kitchen has everything you might need, including an oven, a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove, and a large fridge. The shared bathroom is clean and practical, with lots of storage space. Bedroom 3, which is the landlord's room, has its own ensuite bathroom.
La Macarena is a central neighborhood just to the north of the Seville city center. Home to the Andalucian Parliament, you'll also find plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, and more around the area.
What we liked the most
- There are gorgeous views of the Andalucian Parliament from the balcony!
- The apartment is large and spacious.
- You have access to a swimming pool-- perfect for those hot Sevillian summers.
- There are 2 bathrooms in the property, making shared living easy.
- The city center is just a 5-minute walk from the property.
