This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlady has a generous 160 m² footprint on Calle Juan de Mariana in Nervión. The living room is comfortable with a sofa and TV, while the kitchen is well-equipped with an oven and 4-burner stove.
Within less than 10-minute's walk of the apartment are the Los Arcos and Nervión Plaza shopping malls, the 2 largest in Seville, so there are plenty of amenities within walking distance. The Amate Park is also around a 5-10 minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The living room is a great space to relax with the live-in landlady and her family.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The University of Seville is a 40-minute walk away, or 20-minutes by bus.
Things to keep in mind
- The live-in landlady has a small pet dog at the property.
- Although the maximum contract that can be signed is for 1 year, this can be renewed.
