There is an A/C unit in the living room, and electric heating units throughout the apartment.
Located in the Casco Antiguo area, this property is right in the heart of Seville and everything that it has to offer. The Jardin de Murillo is just a 5-minute walk away, and the La Casa del Flamenco theatre is even closer. There is a huge number of restaurants and shops nearby, and the nearest supermarket is only 2-minutes' walk away.
