Located within 10 minutes walking from the San Bernardo Renfe station, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with 1 room available for rent is a luxury! From its central location in Santa Cruz to the apartment complex with a rooftop pool, tenants will be able to live comfortably in this property. The flat is located on the 4th and has nice views from the window; in addition, there is a dog that lives in the apartment, so animal lovers will love living in this 125 m2 property!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very well-equipped: it has a dishwasher and dryer, so tenants will live hassle-free!
- The apartment complex has 24-hour security and a doorman on site during the day. In addition, there is a rooftop pool accessible only to tenants of the building- a detail that will be much appreciated in the hot summer months!
- The bedroom receives a lot of natural light and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The view from the window is very pleasant- you have a panoramic view of the park below!
Things to keep in mind
- Only female tenants are allowed.
- The room has a single bed, but it is very well-furnished with nice views.
