Named after the big park with the same name, Maria Luisa is an excellent escape from the busy historic center. As it is within walking distance from downtown Seville, tenants of this 3 bedroom apartment will have an easy time accessing all of the cultural and entertainment offerings of the city. The flat is equipped with A/C in the living room to provide a comfortable and social space to tenants. The 3 rooms are perfect for students of the University of Sevilla Ramon y Cajal Campus, located a 10 minute stroll from the 65 m2 property.

What we liked the most
- The living room is a perfect place to hang out with roommates and friends: equipped with an A/C, big flat-screen TV, and seating areas, tenants will love relaxing in this room!
- Pets are allowed, so animal-lovers rejoice!

- There is A/C in some rooms to provide a cool relief during the hot summer months of Seville.
- The apartment is quite new with new furnishings, but it uses wooden elements to add a traditional touch.
Things to keep in mind
