There are five bedrooms for rent individually and the rooms are perfect for students who want a quiet place to stay next to campus. The area of the apartment is 148 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is ideally located for students attending the Reina Mercedes University.
- The interior patio is a secure place to park bikes.
- Each bedroom includes a key for locking the bedroom door.
- The apartment is interior which means it will be quiet for studying.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, which makes clean up very easy!
- Both bathrooms are renovated and are decorated in bright colors.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 2 does not have a wardrobe but the landlord will provide one at the request of the tenant.
