Situated in the Nervión neighborhood of Seville, this apartment is well connected with several transportation options close by. The flat is equipped with air-conditioning, a nice amenity to have in the hot Spanish summers and features a balcony. This 75m2 apartment has a bright living room that will be shared among tenants and is furnished with comfortable sofa and table that can seat up to 4 people.

The English speaking landlord does not live in the property and requires a deposit of 1 month. Rent can be paid in cash. Pets are allowed upon request to the landlord. The landlord prefers tenants who are between the age of 18 and 30 years old. If the tenant is a professional, a copy of the work contract will be required.
