Spacious and contemporary rooms are available to rent in this 2-bedroom, 1st floor apartment in Triana. The apartment has an open plan kitchen and living area, which includes a comfortable sofa and a TV, plus a kitchenette with a big dining table. The place is well lit with large windows, and is modern in design and furnishings.
The apartment is on Calle de Trabajo in the Triana neighbourhood, close to Avenida de la República Argentina. The river is a short walk away, and just on the other side of Puente San Telmo you'll find Universidad de Sevilla, making the apartment ideal for students.
What we liked the most
- Each of the bedrooms have their own TV, as well as the one in the living room, so you won't have to fight over what to watch!
- There is AC in the whole apartment – you'll welcome it in Seville's hot summer!
- From the apartment students can walk to their classes at university in 10-15 minutes.
- All of your day-to-day amenities, including several supermarkets, banks, and ATMs can be found nearby on Avenida de la República Argentina.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchenette does not have an oven. However it does have a 2-burner electric stove and a microwave, so you'll be able to cook everything you need.
