The 60 m² apartment has great design details from the hanging lamps to the wooden feature, and even the bathroom tiles. There is an open-concept kitchen and living room with 2 breakfast bars – perfect for cooking and entertaining. You will be sharing the common areas and bathroom with the live-in landlord
To live in the city center means that every day will be a new adventure meandering through the narrow cobblestone streets to find the quickest route for every outing. Calle Lira is a quiet residential street, but you are just a few minutes away from bars, shops, and delicious tapas.

- Having AC will keep you alive and well during Seviile's sweltering summers.

- You'll want to walk to everything in the city center – no need for a gym membership!
