Nervión is a modern area of Sevilla and is very budget-friendly, while remaining generally well-connected to the rest of the city. The property is also very close to the Sevilla FC home stadium, so if you like football this is a great option for you. The Nervión plaza shopping centre is also nearby, for a stress-free shopping experience.
