This apartment is perfect for female university and postgraduate students. This ground-floor apartment gets plenty of natural light and the kitchen appliances are brand new. All bedrooms also have their own personal lock and key, so your belongings will always be safe. The living room, equipped with a sofa bed, is the perfect place to get together and relax over a glass of wine.
Located in the northern part of Seville in the Pío XII neighborhood, you have bus 12 just 6 minutes away which will take you to the city center in 35 minutes. You'll love this quieter part of the city, which will allow you to really get to know what life in Seville is like, away from the major tourist attractions. You'll also be within walking distance to the Macarena neighborhood which is a must-see, especially during Holy Week!

- The orange tree-lined courtyard outside the apartment is so quaint and lovely.
