The property has a large main room, where you can spend time with flatmates on the sofa or at the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a washing machine. The apartment also has several modern, private bathrooms in the rooms for rent. This property is a small palace from the 19th Century which has been recently renovated!
Here in San Lorenzo, you'll be living in 1 of Seville's most popular, lively neighborhoods. Nearby, you'll have lots and lots of trendy restaurants and bars, where you can try and artisanal beer over some authentic tapas. The Alameda de Hércules is also a short walk from the apartment.

- The apartment has access to a gorgeous, typical Andalucian patio. Incredible.
