This cozy 40 m² 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Via Borgomanero in Parella. The kitchen comes with an oven and microwave, as well as a full-sized refrigerator, and opens on to a living area which also has a double bed. The separate bedroom has a double bed and access to a balcony.
There is a supermarket, pharmacy and a few other stores within a 10-minute walk. The Parco Vittime del Rogo Nello Stabilimento ThyssenKrupp is a great place to explore on your days off or get some exercise.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet as well as a sky-light to let in plenty of natural light.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a balcony which can be accessed from the living room or bedroom.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is no AC at this apartment.
