This 2-bedroom apartment for rent provides a spacious and bright property with an area of 90 m². You have wood flooring and beautiful architectural detail. The living room provides a big and open space with huge windows that let in plenty of sunlight. Both bedrooms face the street, keeping them bright and fresh. There are 2 full bathrooms to share.
The apartment is located in west Valencia in the neighborhood of L'Olivereta. You are very well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro, but you won't have to go very far to find what you need. There is a huge park nearby and a shopping center about 10 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The living room is very spacious with 2 couches, a large built-in wardrobe for storage, an elegant dining table, and a large flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen is very elegant and modern and comes with a dishwasher and plenty of storage space.
- There is both a washing machine and a dryer which will make doing laundry faster.
- There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
- The apartment is in a very convenient location, surrounded by big supermarkets such as Mercadona and Carrefour.
- There are 3 different metro stations within a 5-minute walk of the apartment.

- The 2nd bed in bedroom 2 is a pull-out bed.
